Do you like to "do it yourself"?
Sometimes. I mean...if the mood strikes.
How is the mood striking you now?

If you like to do it yourself -- or if you like arts, crafts, engineering, food, music, science and/or technology -- you won't want to miss the first annual World Maker Faire NY.
The two-day festival, held at the New York Hall of Science Museum in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park, will feature over 450 projects across 20 acres. We're talking rockets and robots, a life-size mouse trap, Coke Zero & Mentos fountains, artisan foods, urban farming, a jet-powered merry-go-round, and much, much more. We bet it'll leave you and your date inspired to make some magic of your own.
